When does the Renewables International Graduate Programme start?
The programme starts on 1st September 2025.
How long is the duration of the programme?
The programme is a full-time, fixed-term opportunity for 18 months.
In which countries will the initial placements be?
The initial placements will be in Germany, Italy, Poland, or the UK.
What kind of degree do I need to apply for this programme?
You need to have completed your Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field such as engineering or science (e.g., physics, geoscience, environmental science, etc.).
Is previous experience in renewable energy required?
No, previous experience is advantageous but not essential. However, having practical experience in the field, such as an internship, would be beneficial.
Will I have the opportunity to work abroad during the programme?
Yes, you can stay abroad for a maximum of 6 months outside of your start country.
What types of skills are you looking for in candidates?
We are looking for advanced reasoning skills for complex problem-solving, a strategic mindset, curiosity, openness towards change, self-initiative, and the ability to interact in cross-cultural teams.
Is fluency in languages other than English a requirement?
Fluent business English skills are required, and additional European languages are a welcome plus.
