Responsibilities

  • Take responsibility for new counter builds, refurbishments, and design initiatives from conception all the way through to implementation.
  • Produce creative POS designs in accordance with the merchandising guidelines to optimise brand visibility.
  • Challenge and negotiate with brand partners to ensure brand image is not compromised.
  • Creatively design and prototype new counter builds.
  • Provide project plans, designs and technical specifications to the international purchaser to obtain costings.
  • Work with local suppliers ahead of installations to ensure accurate application of designs, technical specifications, and highest possible quality production.
  • Quality control of new builds, providing feedback to suppliers where necessary.
  • Manage project budgets, tracking and raising PO’s – Ensuring all suppliers are paid within the project budget.
  • Management and awareness of our warehouse storage, making sure to reuse fixtures where possible.
  • Support the VM Manager with permanent project rollouts, for example Backwalls, Gondola Ends, Permanent Tods.
  • Raise POs for all Fragrance projects, check actuals monthly in budget.
  • Organise tester orders for sites/windows etc.
  • Help with site installs in London and UK especially around Christmas.
  • Support the VM manager to rollout out the new permanent TPS &TFS Backwall concept.
