Requirements

  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Excel and SQL
  • Experience collecting & analyzing data and reporting on the results
  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, etc.)
  • Experience with one or more analytical tools (e.g., R, python, SAS, etc.)
  • Experience with statistical modeling and/or forecasting
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong problem solving, decision making and analytical skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously across multiple disciplines
  • Be enrolled in an accredited college/university taking at least one class in the semester/quarter (spring/fall) prior to participation in the internship program OR have graduated from a college/university within 6 months at time of application posting OR currently participating in a Disney College Program or Disney Internship.
  • A student studying in their junior or senior year, or a recent graduate within 6 months of graduation date is eligible to apply.
  • A major in Business, Accounting, Finance or related major is preferred.
  • Be at least 18 years of age.
  • Have not completed one year of continual employment on a Disney internship or program.
  • Possess unrestricted work authorization.
  • Fully available Monday through Friday for the duration of the internship, 40 hours each week.
  • Able to provide own housing in the Anaheim, CA area.
  • Able to provide/have reliable transportation to/from work.

Responsibilities

  • What You Will Do
  • In this role, our intern will have the opportunity to learn about the RM&A organization responsible for the forecasting and planning of our commercial strategy, pricing and forecasting for multiple lines of business at the Disneyland Resort.
  • Our intern will have the chance to engage in analytical work to help in answering key business questions and identifying process improvements.
