The candidate must be currently enrolled in an engineering program, possess strong problem-solving and communication skills, have attention to detail, and demonstrate basic Microsoft Office skills. Preferred qualifications include having completed 2 years toward a degree with a minimum GPA of 3.0 and knowledge of software related to their field of study.

As a Roadway Intern at HDR in Austin, the candidate will gain practical experience by working on exciting projects and connecting with mentors and company leaders. They will apply engineering techniques under supervision, assisting with various assignments as needed throughout their day-to-day responsibilities.
