  • You’ll need to be open-minded, curious, collaborative, and agile – someone who enjoys problem solving, and who recognises the power of teamwork.
  • You must be flexible about where you work and be open to travelling between locations if required. We see hybrid working as a way to balance and flex our time between the office, home, or another remote working place. We’ve committed everyone to attend the workplace for collaboration and other specific reasons on average three days per week, but specific arrangements will be dependent on your role and placement. We encourage and support flexible working arrangements where we can. This includes which days, how many hours and at what times you need to work.

Responsibilities

  • This is a fantastic opportunity to get a real insight into our business and contribute to solving challenges that impact various areas of our business, from HR to IT, strategy to innovation, customer management to procurement and more.
  • You’ll be placed in one of our business areas, Defence, Group IT, Group Business Services, Submarines or Rolls-Royce Solutions UK. You could see for yourself how we negotiate contracts on a global level or provide support to one of our commercial teams. Or you might be involved helping purchase the parts for a highly efficient jet engine, a building or IT system.
