Responsibilities

  • Gérer un portefeuille de vendeurs et être responsable de leurs performances de vente et de qualité sur notre plateforme.
  • Fournir des insights clés à partir de données brutes et de situations actuelles (analyser les bases de données, les tendances majeures des KPI ou les données qualitatives).
  • Mener des projets transversaux pour adapter des solutions à nos vendeurs.
  • Contribuer fortement à la croissance de notre activité en travaillant de manière transversale au sein de Back Market.
