The candidate must be an incoming junior studying sales, finance, or a related field, enrolled in a college program. They must be able to commit to a long-term internship, working full-time in the summer and part-time during the school year. Strong oral and writing skills, an interest in sales, finance, and insurance, and the ability to adapt to change and take initiative are required. They should also possess strong relationship building skills.

The Sales Development Intern at Ameritas will support the sales team by updating opportunities, generating reports, assisting with case designs, communicating with clients, and collaborating with the marketing and advanced planning teams.
