What is the Sales Rotational Development Program?
The Sales Rotational Development Program is an opportunity for Spring 2025 college graduates to accelerate their careers in sales through a two-year leadership development program that includes exposure to senior leaders, formal training from industry experts, and varied work assignment rotations.
Where is the position based?
The position is hybrid and based out of the One Atlantic Center office located in Midtown Atlanta.
What are the hybrid work days?
The hybrid work schedule requires in-office attendance from Tuesday to Thursday.
What kind of training is provided during the program?
The program includes formalized training by industry and company experts on various facets of sales, B2B data solutions, and how to solve customers' business problems.
What roles can participants expect to rotate through during the program?
Participants will have work assignment rotations in Business Development, Inside/Field Sales, Customer Success, and Partner Sales, lasting approximately 8 months each.
What are the educational requirements for this position?
Applicants must have a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution with an interest in sales.
When is the expected start date for full-time employment?
The program expects full-time employment availability by June 2025, targeting Spring 2025 graduates.
