Responsibilities

  • Manage HPE event activities in the Suisse Romande region, serving as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for our headquarters.

  • Handle on-site event support, troubleshooting technical issues to ensure smooth operations.
  • Act as the SPOC for local Account Managers, coordinating event activities within their respective industries.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, marketing, and external vendors, to align event objectives and execution.
  • Develop and engage with the extended partner ecosystem to maximize HPE’s presence in Suisse Romande.
  • Drive social media activities in collaboration with the Sales Director and Account team to promote events and enhance brand visibility.
  • Support promotional efforts by coordinating with marketing teams for event campaigns and social media announcements.
  • Support management team activities as required.
  • Maintain and update event budgets, tracking expenses to ensure cost efficiency.
  • Assist in creating post-event reports, gathering feedback, and analyzing attendee data to improve future events.
