Requirements

  • Basic Required Qualifications:
  • Working towards a Bachelors degree in a technical field of study in Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Management Information Systems, or IT
  • Fully matriculated students with anticipated graduation date in Fall 2024 or Spring 2025
  • Some familiarity with CRM, ERP, and Commerce Technology Systems
  • Preferred hands-on proactive training experience on Salesforce Trailhead (share your trailhead profile).
  • Thorough knowledge of delivering projects in an agile scrum environment
  • Able to participate and be a productive member of the team. Must be able to manage time with multitasking.
  • Additional Preferred Qualifications:
  • Strong initiator and ability to work with limited supervision
  • Strong Excel skills (ie, XLOOKUP, MATCH, Nexted IF Statements)
  • Strong problem solving, critical thinking, troubleshooting, and analytical skills to set up and interpret logic, data, and rule relationships
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Assist with pulling Azure Dev Ops reports, monitor key progress, send summary emails during key meetings, etc.
  • Assist with SOX reporting duties, documentation, small projects as defined by the functional architect leadership.
  • Communicate with all levels of client resources across project management, executive needs, sales, pricing, order, and billing teams.
  • Learn Salesforce functionality as an admin and business user flows as well
  • Assist with the design of Salesforce solutions and project planning. Add value in all stages of project work (definition, development, deployment)
  • Learn how to migrate and understand data on the Salesforce CPQ Platform.
  • Coordinate with QA, UAT and Go-Live Activities
