What is the expected start date for the SAP Labs U.S. iXp Intern position?
The expected start date for the internship is March/April 2025.
What will be my primary responsibilities as an intern in Events & Operations?
As an intern, you will execute a variety of on-site events, collaborate with the Global Sponsorship team, maintain operation documents, support communication efforts, collect event feedback, and manage the MS Teams channel for the Labs U.S. team.
How many hours will the internship require each week?
The internship requires a commitment of 40 hours per week.
Is prior experience in event planning necessary for this role?
While prior experience in event planning is desired, it is not strictly necessary. An interest and/or experience in project management is encouraged.
What is the location of the internship?
The internship is located in Palo Alto, CA, with responsibilities that may also require travel to San Ramon and San Francisco.

Yes, there are flexible working hours, especially to potentially support evening events.
What types of events will I be involved in planning?
You will be involved in planning social and cultural events, development learning events, and ecosystem events.
What educational background is preferred for this internship?

Is the ability to travel important for this role?
Yes, the ability to travel to all three Bay Area office locations (Palo Alto, San Ramon, and San Francisco) is required.
