Responsibilities

  • Supports program lead with execution and preparation of customer-facing events, virtual advisory board sessions from execution to follow-up.
  • Plays a key supportive role in production of virtual sessions, including back-ground Zoom operations for all customer sessions.
  • Prepares internal briefings to cover session outcomes, scope, agenda, etc. of the in-person and/or virtual event.
  • Creates all customer session recaps with input, take-aways, and action items sent out to customer advisory members after each session.
  • Prepares customer-facing presentations with attention to branding, accuracy, spelling, and slideshow best practices.
  • Manages advisory board communications hub with ongoing updates.
  • Manages and creates all external customer advisory board Work Zone pages and bio directories for customers to access shared documents.
  • Manages program process documentation and session data results tracking.
  • Owns program related executive communications; consolidating and positioning customer insights data into consumable formats; and any ad hoc special project requests.
