The ideal candidate for the Security Consultant Intern position with Google should be currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science or a related field, have experience in investigative or incident response environments, and possess knowledge in professional cyber security domains. They should also be attending a degree program in the US, available to work full time for 12 weeks outside of university term time, and have experience in SOC analysis, malware research, threat hunting, or similar roles. Familiarity with operating systems such as Windows, Linux, or OSX is also required.

The Security Consultant Intern at Google will provide guidance on building cybersecurity programs, evaluate client needs, implement security controls, address client concerns, and collaborate with stakeholders to resolve security issues.
