Description
- We are seeking a highly motivated ServiceNow Development Intern to join our team. The ServiceNow Development Intern will assist our experienced ServiceNow developers in creating and maintaining custom applications and workflows within the ServiceNow platform. The intern will gain hands-on experience in developing solutions to meet business needs and will work alongside other developers and stakeholders to design, develop, test and deploy ServiceNow solutions.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field
- Experience with JavaScript programming languages
- Familiarity with ServiceNow platform and development methodologies
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic understanding of ITIL methodology a plus

Responsibilities
- Assist in the rollout and customization of modules and the building of workflows using ServiceNow
- Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to identify business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Develop, test and deploy ServiceNow solutions, ensuring that they meet business needs and quality standards
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with ServiceNow applications
- Participate in code reviews, agile sprints, and contribute to improving development processes
- Develop Virtual Agent topics and utilize AI for topic recommendations.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest ServiceNow features and best practices
