Responsibilities

  • Learn about our business by attending meetings, huddles and trainings, assisting in preparing material for the meeting, participating in the meeting discussion, or helping provide the recap.
  • Develop creative ideas to increase productivity, engage our team members, and cultivate our culture.
  • Complete day-to-day team driven tasks while simultaneously managing potentially multiple projects.
  • Metrics analysis and reporting – pull reports and measure production metrics as needed by the team.
