What are the typical activities for Till and Customer Service volunteers?
Typical activities include using the shop till to take payments, promoting Gift Aid, helping and advising customers, and undertaking general activities in the shop.

No prior experience is needed; full training will be provided.
What kind of skills do I need to be a volunteer?
You need a warm smile and a friendly outlook. All necessary skills will be taught during the training provided.
How much time do I need to commit to volunteering?
There is no minimum commitment or fixed hours; you can volunteer for a few hours during the week or weekend as agreed with the shop manager.
Is there an age limit for volunteering?
There may be some locations where we won’t be able to host volunteers aged 15-17. It's best to get in touch to find a suitable opportunity.
