Responsibilities

  • Taking high quality images, creating an external video and internal 360 video of all inbound stock for use on our website adhering to all standards and regulations
  • Provide specific vehicle information or photography to the digital sales team as requested
  • Identifying specification on each vehicle and classifying each vehicle's unique selling points to be uploaded to relevant systems in a timely manner including additional Mercedes-Benz data (previous usage, previous owners)
  • Merchandise each vehicle in line with agreed standards for the purposes of promoting and selling a vehicle, including descriptions, attention grabbers and picture quality.
  • Review and manage feeds to various websites including pictures, descriptions, and volumes
  • Manage all aspects of site social media including Facebook, Instagram and TikTok in line with the group policy and Mercedes Benz standards
  • Creation of new and engaging content for paid and unpaid advertising campaigns with a focus on impactful use of media to generate maximum traction for our products
  • Perform regular reviews of stock including refreshing aged advertisements and reviewing weekly Autotrader reports to understand why a vehicle has not sold
  • Responsible for showroom merchandising – ensure display cars are correctly displayed as per Mercedes Benz guidelines and updating point of sale information ie (vehicle price, equipment specification, fuel consumption)
