Requirements

Relevant coursework and work experience
Basic software troubleshooting skills
Proficiency in MSOffice, specifically Excel and familiarity with .csv bulk loading.
Familiarity with quality assurance programs.
Close attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Update and maintain software contracts, licenses, product information.
Organize electronic and physical assets.
Assist Quality Assurance team in reporting for Audits and Validation & Verification of Software.
Change management process for Software.
Assigning Software to users as requested.
Internal audits of users and software.
Able to work overtime as needed.
