The internship is 100% onsite at the Desert Basin Generating Station in Casa Grande, Arizona.
What is the pay rate for the internship?
The pay rate is $19.10 per hour for undergraduate interns and $20.80 per hour for graduate interns.
What are the minimum and maximum weekly hours required for the internship?
The minimum requirement is 15 hours per week, and the maximum is 29.5 hours per week.
What educational background is required for this internship?
Candidates must be majoring in Mechanical Engineering and should be in their Junior or Senior year of study.
What are the primary focus areas of the internship?
The focus areas include technical support, project management, maintenance and reliability, and power plant operations.
Is prior college coursework required for this position?
Yes, college-level coursework (200+) from an accredited institution will be evaluated individually based on the skills and level relevant to the position.
