Responsibilities

  • Piloter le suivi du recrutement des forces commerciales en coordination avec les Talent Acquisition Managers.
  • Garantir le bon déroulement des entretiens et assurer un suivi rigoureux des réponses aux candidatures.
  • Clôturer dans nos SIRH les processus de recrutement.
  • Co-conduire les entretiens finaux sur certains postes.
  • Gérer et structurer en toute autonomie la campagne de recrutement des stagiaires et alternants (analyse des besoins, sourcing, organisation des entretiens, suivi des embauches).
  • Déployer les cycles RH (People Review, Mid-Year Review, Annual Review) et accompagner les managers dans leur application.
  • Assurer la fiabilité des données sur le SIRH et corriger d’éventuelles anomalies pour garantir une gestion optimale.
  • Produire et analyser des rapports RH via des extracts du SIRH pour détecter des tendances (équilibre homme-femme, suivi des effectifs, qualité des données RH).
  • Centraliser et fiabiliser les données RH pour assurer une visibilité complète et dynamique des effectifs commerciaux.
  • Exploiter ces données pour améliorer la gestion des talents et optimiser les effectifs.
  • Réaliser des études et analyses RH pouvant englober les effectifs des autres périmètres voire des autres filiales françaises.
  • Accompagner les initiatives Groupe (diversité, égalité des chances, mixité…).
  • Faire rayonner notre marque employeur via des actions ciblées : partenariats écoles, forums, communication sur les réseaux sociaux.
  • Contribuer à des projets RH transverses selon les enjeux stratégiques du moment (digitalisation des outils RH, amélioration des process, innovations RH).
