Responsibilities

  • Attraverso questo percorso di stage e un progetto formativo focalizzato sulle attività di Sales e Progettazione, entrerai a far parte del team commerciale all’interno del nostro store. Incontrerai il cliente ogni giorno e lo supporterai nel realizzare i suoi desideri attraverso tool di configurazione e progettazione di interni. Guidato dal tuo Tutor aziendale e assieme al tuo Team sarai di supporto nelle seguenti attività:
  • Supporterai la progettazione e la pianificazione in store secondo i bisogni del cliente.
  • Accoglierai il cliente, comprenderne il bisogno, offrendogli una completa “Home Furnishing Solution”.
  • “Le cose giuste al posto giusto”: studierai insieme ai nostri esperti le migliori soluzioni di esposizione e vendita.
  • Imparerai la corretta applicazione di policies e routine legate ai servizi offerti al cliente (finanziamenti, resi, pianificazione consegne e montaggio, ecc.).
  • Guiderai i clienti nella scelta di arredamento per i vari ambienti: dal terrazzo alla cucina, c’è sempre spazio per IKEA.
