Responsibilities

  • Support the Talent Acquisition (TA) Mobilization Process for the Collegiate Hospitality line of business, including:
  • Notifying the TA Mobilization Team and Talent Acquisition Partner (TAP) about awarded business and any associated labor conversion requirements.
  • Ensuring profit center setup in payroll systems and coordinating with adjudication teams for background requirements.
  • Facilitating weekly and bi-weekly kickoff and calibration calls to align on account timing, scope, and hiring needs.
  • Collaborate with leaders within the line of business to ensure the mobilization process is seamlessly executed and completed in a timely manner.
  • Serve as a point of communication, engaging with multiple functions to involve the correct leaders in the mobilization process as needed.
  • Update internal databases with new employee information, including contact details and employment forms.
  • Support Regional HR events and initiatives, such as organizing line of business events, career fairs, and development opportunities.
  • Travel to various locations to assist with the mobilization process for new accounts, as required.
  • Work closely with Regional HR Directors and be directly supervised by the LOB HR Director.
