Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with a cross-functional team to establish and automate G2 product performance reporting to evaluate product-related churn reasons and market fit for our pricing and packaging. The data and insights will enable data-driven product performance decisions, inform leadership teams, and drive strategic decisions on enablement, sales, and necessary product changes. This role will produce memos/decks summarizing data findings and recommendations for product or go-to-market strategy changes.
  • Support product marketing positioning in competitive research, win/loss analysis, technology ecosystems, customer feedback and market potential for G2 offerings - which will complement current pricing and packaging work while also informing strategic initiatives and growth opportunities.
  • Assist the Office of the CEO with ongoing responsibilities and special projects. These tasks may include monthly company reporting, category strategy performance tracking, and other projects as they arise. This role will require flexibility and a willingness to work on a variety of high-impact and time-sensitive projects. The ideal candidate for this role will be highly organized and adaptable, and will possess the ability to utilize both soft and hard skills to find solutions to unique problems.
