  • The Agile Excellence Domain is looking for someone with analysis skills, a continuous learning mindset, interest in technology, facilitation skills, and leadership to support the development of technical solutions that support Sun Life’s clients. This is not a client-facing role.
  • In this role, you will be working on a daily basis as a contributor on a multidisciplinary team that uses a Kanban framework for getting work done.


  • Strong communication skills with the ability to speak and write clearly and concisely, ability to listen to business stakeholders and help translate the needs into business requirements; ability to document and present information in various formats to meet audience needs.
  • Facilitation skills with the ability to guide and manage group discussions to achieve their objectives.
  • Be a collaborative team member who continuously strives to improve the client experience, our team, and the way the Kanban team works together.
  • Flexibility with excellent organizational and time management skills and the ability to juggle priorities and meet deadlines.

  • As a contributor to the team you will identify, document and analyze business requirements that support the development of technical solutions.
  • You will facilitate meetings, monitor team metrics, and track work items in Jira and Confluence.
  • You will participate in meetings with business partners, vendors, leaders and your team members. The purpose of these meetings is to ensure the development of quality solutions that meet the requirements and expectations of our business partners and clients.
  • You will build and maintain working relationships with members of the IT team and our business partners.
  • You will participate in activities and conversations that support continuous improvement in the way the team works together and in delivering quality solutions.
