Good understanding of data management and analytics
Ability to develop and create data integration solutions.
Excellent interpersonal and communications skills necessary to work effectively with all levels of the organization as well as geographically disbursed teams.
Developed ability to think strategically and execute tactically.
Demonstrate excellent analytical and logical thinking.
Ability to work independently as well as in team environment providing structure in ambiguous situations
Highly motivated self-starter, driven for results, effective at prioritizing and managing multiple initiatives
Education and Experience:
Pursing a degree, diploma or certificate with concentration in data analysis or data management
Metadata management
Data quality analysis
Data integration
Data modeling and lineage
Systems & Technology:
Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Advanced Microsoft Excel – Macros, Vlookup, Pivot Tables
Metadata Management (i.e. Informatica or Collibra)
Dashboard reporting tools (i.e. Tableau or SAP Dashboard)
Data Profiling experience – (i.e. Syncsort Trillium Discovery)
Data Quality experience – (i.e. Syncsort Trillium Quality)

Responsibilities

Update ingestion templates and ingest technical metadata, mapping, and business glossaries.
Create relationships between technical assets, reports, and business glossary terms.
Ensure data classification is defined for appropriate data usage – Personal Identifiable Information (PII)
Analyze data and utilize business rules to gage data quality for validity, conformity, accuracy, completeness, and uniqueness.
Interpret data quality findings and communicate clearly via reporting, score-carding, and dashboards.
Communicate with our business and technology partners in an effective and timely manner.
Work with the team on process analysis and improvements
Provide weekly status for assigned tasks.
