This will also include the creation of end user documentation with subject matter experts to enable all employees to effectively leverage available tools and services. Representing the voice of the customer, the Specialist will lead proactive service improvements. </li><li>This will require significant collaboration across the CTO and IT groups to leverage centres of excellence increasing and achieving deliverables. Considering business- and employee needs, the Student will help drive the service evolution, as well as provide visibility into service performance through executive reports. This will require strong communication skills.
