Responsibilities

  • Manage the distribution and prioritization of daily work assignments for multiple teams, and escalate work that falls outside the expected delivery target.
  • Work with Operational Leaders to track, analyze and report errors, escalations and work that is not being completed by assigned CSRs at a leading and lagging level.
  • Follow-up on new business applications proactively and at the appropriate pace to ensure great service to clients and advisors.
  • Facilitate regular touchpoints to review performance and quality with the leadership team – Maintain visual board, document actions and check-in on outcomes.
  • Review and report operational data at an aggregate level and highlight areas that require additional attention.
  • Distribute and review urgent requests received through team inboxes.
  • Adhoc analysis and support on an as needed basis for the Directors of SLFD Underwriting and SLFD New Business.
