Area of Responsibilities



  • The Student will support the Global Procurement and Payables (GPP) team with their key strategic initiatives. During this period, the Student will be primarily involved with a significant transformational project to align procurement and payables activities globally.
  • This role is ideal for those wanting to learn more about multi-national organizations, global strategy development, program and project management, change management, and procurement and payables processes.
  • Document, track and follow up on key project action items
  • Engage relevant stakeholders from other business groups
  • Support change management activities
  • Analysis and quality assurance
  • Taking meeting minutes as needed
  • Supporting communication and documentation activities, proofreading, submitting translation requests, etc.
  • Overall support of the project team as needed
