Qualifications:
Previous experience with program and/or project management an asset, but not mandatory
Previous experience with procurement and payables activities an asset, but not mandatory
Hard skills can be taught; the ideal candidate will demonstrate superior soft skills: positive attitude, initiative, problem-solving, and resourcefulness

Responsibilities

The Student will support the Global Procurement and Payables (GPP) team with their key strategic initiatives. During this period, the Student will be primarily involved with a significant transformational project to align procurement and payables activities globally.
This role is ideal for those wanting to learn more about multi-national organizations, global strategy development, program and project management, change management, and procurement and payables processes.
Document, track and follow up on key project action items
Engage relevant stakeholders from other business groups
Support change management activities
Analysis and quality assurance
Taking meeting minutes as needed
Supporting communication and documentation activities, proofreading, submitting translation requests, etc.
Overall support of the project team as needed
