Description

We are responsible for servicing a block of business. This includes:

  • Participating in the acquisition and installation of new business
  • Providing ongoing support to our Clients, their Plan Administrators, and their Plan Advisors
  • Understanding Clients’ wants and needs and take action to meet and exceed them

Responsibilities

  • Prepare plan design changes and implement new plan design changes by completing revision template
  • Actively participate in Training, Monthly Service team meetings, educational training on new product offering and various process update
  • Actively participates in huddles & team meetings and share learnings in a constructive manner
  • Support Account Executives and Service Specialist/Consultants by maintaining data integrity
  • Update and ensure internal reporting and tracking tools (CRM) are maintained with accurate and up-to-date information
  • Build and/or prepare various presentations for education sessions and benefit fairs
  • Request and prepare various reports for advisors and clients
  • Create access requests for clients
  • Compile relevant documents for the renewal package, which may include the financial reports, Exhibits and current plan statistics
  • Ensure the electronic filing of correspondence and data is documented
