Requirements

  • STEM background in IT, electrical, mechanical, automation or other related fields of study. (Candidates with a strong training and development background will also be considered.)
  • Demonstrates strong writing and editing skills.
  • Demonstrates an ability to multi-task and be highly organized, detail-oriented, with outstanding follow through skills.
  • Learns subjects thoroughly and in detail; supplies appropriate details when responding to questions; maintains organized files.
  • Demonstrates the ability to identify, adapt and apply approaches in problem solving.
  • Demonstrates a high degree of independent judgment, accuracy and timeliness.
  • Demonstrates advance knowledge of various software packages, including Microsoft Office Suite as well as the ability to quickly learn video editing and e-learning software.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and independently.

Responsibilities

  • Communicates with training leadership to assess training material gaps on BaSE website.
  • Update Training site on the BaSE homepage.
  • Create Computer Based Training (CBT) using available e-learning course creation applications.
  • Review, edit and Beta test CBTs under development.
  • Research industry leaders in technical training and offer suggestions to improve current training.
  • Provide administrative support with organization of BaSE Training materials and content.
  • Follow-up and track progress on initiatives, new projects, and certifications through completion
