Requirements

The London intern program is open to students in their penultimate year of studying, who are on track to pass their undergraduate degree in 2025.
We look for a diverse range of skills and experience and are interested in candidates who are actively involved in extracurricular activities whilst successfully balancing academic study.
You should be naturally curious and keen to use your analytical, problem-solving skills to generate creative solutions to client challenges.
You must be proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint with the ability to learn new systems.
All candidates must have the right visa eligibility for an internship in the summer of 2024, and to start a graduate programme in 2025.

Responsibilities

As a summer intern with Korn Ferry, you will have the opportunity to learn about Korn Ferry, our capabilities and solutions. You will gain first-hand experience of working on client projects as part of a team within one of the lines of business. And you will get to learn from solution and industry experts throughout the programme through on-the job and structured learning sessions.
