Requirements

Pursuing a degree or equivalent
Be a mature, confident, positive, and enthusiastic individual. This should be a fun learning experience for the intern who can seamlessly collaborate with cross functional partners including design, PD, merchants etc
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Driven, self-starter personality who is eager and passionate to work in fashion within VS&Co
Extremely organized and professional. Must be able to work efficiently on tasks and have the same can-do attitude as the rest of the team
Basic fabric knowledge and specific interest in R&D in any capacity.

Responsibilities

Own the organization process of binders, updating of design boards, QA hanger library, core racks, and organizing of materials
Support team in daily functions including duplication of any retail samples or qualities that need to be punched, weighed, and sent out for duplication to external vendors
Responsible for maintaining the RM Core & QA Library
Pull Bi-weekly FlexPLM reports for Pink Intimates team & report out to RM manager
Learn and engage in the day-to-day raw materials responsibilities through shadowing, attending WIPs where possible, and attending weekly connects with cross functional partners in Product Development and Design, etc
Conduct trend research, market shopping, and assist in the development and delivery of trend presentations
Learn how to formally communicate with oversees partners & regional partners in Vietnam, HK, and Sri Lanka for continuation of ongoing work via email – requesting ydg , samples, pass-offs or general R&D inquiries and fabric limitations
Develop strong relationships with fellow associates across all levels of the business.
