Description

Join us in lowering the cost of access to space and enabling Blue Origin’s vision of millions of people living and working in space to benefit Earth.
  • Interns work directly with our experienced Technicians and Engineers in support of our business units New Shepard, New Glenn, Blue Engines, Lunar Transportation, and Space Systems Development. This internship will last 12 weeks (May-August or June-September) and is full time (40 hours) and onsite

Requirements

  • Basic Qualifications:
  • Candidates must be a US Persons (US Citizen, US Legal Permanent Resident, or under asylum in the US)
  • Candidates must be over 18
  • Candidates must be currently enrolled in a vocational or technical program
  • Candidate must have some schooling remaining after the conclusion of the internship
  • Desired:
  • General competency with hand tools and machinery
  • General manufacturing practices
  • General understanding of what an engineering drawing (blueprint) is and its function
  • Basic computer skills (browsers, spreadsheets, Microsoft Office suite, etc.)
  • Introduction to industrial safety (OSHA, etc.)
