Requirements

  • Interns must also have excellent, research, writing, and analytical skills.
  • Experience with Outlook, Windows, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Word.
  • Must be open to evolving responsibilities.
  • This internship is only open to current undergraduate students.

Responsibilities

  • General administrative, and clerical work for the HR Department, including updating online files
  • Support the implementation of project management tools for the HR Team
  • Serve as a primary resource in compiling data for HR team and organization-wide projects
  • Research projects
  • Attend and observe substantive meetings, events, and conversations on Brennan Center program work
  • Assist in the upkeep of an online rewards and recognition program
  • Support other initiatives in culture as needed
  • Other duties as assigned
