  • Currently enrolled in a college degree program entering junior year or higher level, working toward an applicable Bachelor’s degree
  • Must be a current scholar in the Dr. Emmett J. Conrad Leadership Program
  • Minimum cumulative grade point average (GPA) of 3.0
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills
  • Proficiency using Microsoft Office suite applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Detail-oriented and ability to maintain a high level of accuracy in work
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • Willingness to learn, take initiative and adapt to changing priorities
  • EDUCATION - H.S. Diploma/GED equivalent
  • EXPERIENCE - Less than 1 year of experience

Responsibilities

  • Interns provide support to their designated team by assisting with various tasks and projects.
  • Selected interns will work in a corporate and hospital setting completing projects focused on department operations, employee engagement and strategic human resources consultation.
  • Selected interns will support hospital leaders on operational projects focused on patient care, quality and campus logistics.
  • Selected interns will work closely with clinic leaders and staff shadowing different disciplines while learning clinic operations and management concepts.
