Responsibilities

  • Have your finger on the pulse across the cultural, technology, and social landscapes. Conduct social listening and trend spotting across multiple social media platforms, with a bias for action to activate against ideas quickly.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest product and channel news across social platforms, and be ready and excited to share with the team for potential implementation.
  • Proactively identify and bring forth big, breakthrough social media content ideas routed in timely cultural insights - both planned and reactive to immerse brands in culture.
  • Partner effectively with cross-functional internal and external partners— Legal, Creative, Media, PR and corresponding external agencies—to effectively help create & execute social media communications plans.
  • Assist in the execution of influencer and social creative productions, including agency meetings, concept development, reviews and scheduling.
  • Assist in the creation and management of organic and paid content calendars, ensuring content aligns with brand voice and objectives.
  • Opportunity to try your hand at copywriting social media posts, comments, and ad copy to engage consumers within brand tone of voice. Excels at making a good meme.
  • Assist Social Strategists in the monitoring of brand social communities by monitoring comments, issues management, and proactive engagement opportunities in partnership with customer service team.
  • May be responsible for the execution of posting social content on a monthly basis via content planning tools.
  • Analyze performance of social strategy against objectives and KPIs, including content, influencer, paid media and optimize efforts to improve results. Provide benchmarking opportunities against other brands on social media to level-set industry standards.
