Requirements

  • Experience with O365 Suite, MS Teams, SharePoint
  • Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s in Information Systems, Computer Science, or Project Management.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with IT functions such as Project Management Office, applications, infrastructure and cybersecurity teams to accomplish project deliverables. This includes working with workstreams who are developing schedules, tracking, executing against milestones to ensure the schedules are according to scope and budget.
  • Ensure to follow project management process and best practices including scope definition, project planning, and project status reporting.
  • Successfully help team deliver assigned tasks (on time, on budget, and in scope).
  • Ensure teams report to the PMO for the duration of all assigned projects. Including strategies, risk mitigation, and working with business managers to propose and justify new technology-based business improvements.
  • Assist in collecting lessons learned and utilizing them for process improvement ideas.
  • Ensure appropriate tools and techniques are available and employed by the project team to enable them to meet their assigned objectives successfully..
  • Help implement strategic project activities or tasks with team.
