Requirements

  • As a minimum requirement you’ll need to be on track to obtain a 2.2 in your Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Production Engineering Management, Product Design Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
  • To be considered for this role you must be returning to university to complete your degree.

Responsibilities

  • Influence the design to ensure it is in line with current & evolving manufacturing capability.
  • Develop the manufacturing capability and technology (including IT) to ensure the design requirement can be met.
  • Translate the Engineering Design intent (Drawings, standards etc.) into Manufacturing Engineering data for use in Operations.
  • Ensure that Manufacturing Engineering output meets all the relevant Safety and Quality requirements.
  • Generate and progress Manufacturing Engineering output in-line with Project / Programme requirements.
  • Define and execute emergent work affecting manufacture, fabrication or construction.
  • Analysis and presentation of manufacturing data to ensure that the process improvement or investment decisions are made based on data.
