Responsibilities
The Sales Operations team plays an integral role within the Revenue Organization and specifically under the umbrella of Go To Market (GTM) Operations. This team is responsible for helping drive the day-to-day success of the sales organization by managing core elements of the Sales structure, including quotas, commission payouts, and core reporting.
As a member of the Sales Operations team this summer, you’ll focus on:
Case Management: Helping to review and process day to day request from the sales organization to help ensure accuracy in our bookings and attainment data
Data Hygiene: Isolating inconsistencies and data issues while documenting takeaways
Documentation: Helping to document our sales processes and rules of engagement to reduce complexity for our sales team (and clients) and ensure consistency across all teams
