Responsibilities

  • Gain hands-on experience within our supply chain team, covering key areas such as Demand Planning, Business Analytics, Retailer Strategies, Logistics, Supply Planning, and Customer Supply Chains.
  • Support Sales teams by providing data to enhance forecast accuracy through order analysis, monthly meetings, and handling ad hoc customer inquiries.
  • Working closely with other supply chain departments to understand end-to-end processes and improve customer collaboration, including daily calls with logistics providers.
  • Identify and drive projects to improve efficiency and optimization within the supply chain and other departments, such as cost-saving initiatives and order profile improvements.
  • Gathering, interpreting, and sharing insights on customer activity, NPD, and seasonal performance within accounts, using seasonal trackers, checking product availability and customer data portals.
  • Supporting account managers in the internal planning process to achieve forecasting accuracy.
  • Work directly with customers to develop collaborative supply chain processes that enhance forecast accuracy and service levels, including monthly meetings, weekly service level emails, and consistent communication.
  • Control over advanced forecasting software like SAP and Exceedra to implement daily modifications and meet customer demand.
  • Conduct daily order volume analysis to mitigate out-of-stock risks.
