Responsibilities

  • Serves as a contributor to cross-functional teams for problem solving issues within the supply chain operations. Reviews multiple data inputs and understands clear levers to improve processes;
  • Supports the development of a deeper understanding behind the complexity of supply chain processes such as forecasting for item specific SKU's;
  • Facilitate the resolution of problems during the development process to meet customers’ needs;
  • Supports deployment of digital tools to digitize supply chain operations such as Robotic Process Automation;
  • Effectively extracts and analyzes key data sets to extract insight for end-to-end supply chain optimization;
  • Partners with internal and external customers to efficiently deliver against project objectives;

  • Internal customers include North America Consumer Care, Sales Strategy/ Visual Merchandising commercial functions (Marketing, Sales), Conversion Operations functions, Supply Center functions (Quality, Change Management, Project Management), and Global Supply Chain functions (Supply Managers, Technical Supply Managers, Project Management, Quality, Change Management) as applicable;
  • External customers include contract manufacturers, graphic/pre-media vendors, carton and label vendors and related providers as applicable.
