Responsibilities

  • Support on the design, development and delivery of "The Navigator Program" here at the LEGO Group.
  • Schedule, coordinate, and manage sessions.
  • Support key stakeholders with the nomination process for the upcoming 2026 Navigator cohort.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for 200 participants, addressing queries and providing support; as well as actively managing the community to ensure engagement, collaboration and smooth running of Navigator.
  • Collaborate seamlessly with our internal and external vendors to deliver sessions to participants.
  • Prepare and distribute program materials.
  • Gather and analyse participant feedback to support the implementation of improvements to the program.
  • Support the Navigator Alumni community engagement.
