  • We have multiple talent relations internship opportunities available. By applying to this posting, you will be considered for all internship opportunities within this area. These internships will be located in the Los Angeles area. The selected interns will be expected to join us in the office on a regular cadence based on the intern managers in office schedule


  • Essentials needed for the positions that are similar across the above roles (these do not all have to apply to every single role)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Able to multitask and manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines
  • Proofread and copy edit
  • Experience with office tools such as Google Suite, Microsoft 365 applications, and SharePoint/OneDrive
  • Must be able to work in person with the team
  • Wide degree of creativity and attention to detail
  • Must have the ability to communicate effectively and tactfully with persons on all levels, in person and on the telephone.
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of current trends in social media and digital media
  • Must be actively enrolled in an accredited college or university degree program for the full duration of the internship (proof of enrollment required)
  • Must be a rising Junior or Senior Undergrad Student (18 years or older)
  • Must be in academic good standing (3.0 or above GPA)

Area of Responsibilities

People, HR & Administration


  • Keep department contact sheets up-to-date with updated series regulars/EPs and rep contact info.
  • Create contact sheets for new shows
  • Reach out to reps to gather talent/EP birthdays and add to corresponding grids
  • Track when shows are starting production and help with start of production gifts
  • Support with record-keeping Awards histories
  • Draft talent itineraries for premieres, festivals, awards ceremonies, FYCs, and other special events
  • Support team members with various projects pertaining to Awards campaigning and planning.
  • Keep department events calendar up to date weekly
  • Attend brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas on event concepts
  • Assist with the development of event rundowns, post event recap and presentation decks, and communications materials related to the event
  • Develop, manage and track guest lists for upcoming events
  • Assisting with coordinating team meetings with internal departments and outside vendors
  • Help brainstorm and research charities for department donations and create donation cards
  • Work events on-site, if needed
  • Support the planning, coordination, and execution of HBO | Max ‚ÄúFor Your Consideration‚ÄĚ events that features panelists/talent from HBO and Max original shows
  • Gather HBO and Max accolade statistics that help decide current team campaign strategies
