Requirements

  • Completed relevant coursework (e.g., psychology, human resources, technical writing, etc)
  • Customer service experience
  • Excellent verbal and written skills and be able to communicate effectively
  • Strong ability to research best practices for learning and development
  • PC skills including experience in Microsoft Words, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Ability to learn graphic design and/or training content development software
  • Organizational and time management abilities

Responsibilities

  • Partner with the Tech Services team to design learning solutions
  • Create course content using design tools
  • Research best practices in designing high-impact training tools
  • Participate in project teams
  • Conduct training gap analyses by working with subject matter experts to identify required knowledge, skills, and abilities
  • Prepare educational materials and technical documents
  • Additional tasks as necessary
