Internship positions are available at various Johnson & Johnson locations throughout the US, including but not limited to New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Massachusetts, and Florida.
What are the working conditions regarding onsite and remote work?
This position operates on a hybrid model, where interns will be expected to report onsite 3 times a week and can work remotely 2 times a week.
What types of technology assignments can interns expect to work on?
Interns may work on a variety of technology assignments, such as Data Engineering & Analytics, Decision Science (AI, ML, Intelligent Automation), Experience Design (UI/UX), Scientific & Digital Health Technologies, Software Engineering, Cybersecurity, and more.
What is the minimum GPA requirement to apply for the internship?
Applicants must have a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher, reflective of all college coursework.
Can international students apply for this internship?
To be eligible, candidates must have permanent US work authorization without the need for sponsorship now or in the future (F1, H1B, CPT, OPT, or STEM OPT require sponsorship in the future).
What are some responsibilities that interns will have?
Interns will work within specialized groups in the JJT organization to build solutions for business partners, contribute to designated technology areas, conduct data and process analysis, and support the J&J Technology project/program portfolio.
What educational requirements must candidates meet to qualify for the internship?
Candidates must be currently enrolled and pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree, and by the start date, must be considered an undergraduate sophomore or above. Master's students must have earned their undergraduate degree on or after May 2024.
What is the anticipated pay range for this internship?
The anticipated base pay for this position ranges from $24.75/hour to $33/hour, based on the candidate’s program year, discipline, degree, and/or experience.
Are there any benefits associated with this internship?
Interns may be eligible to participate in company employee benefit programs, such as medical insurance, sick time, and holiday pay, in accordance with the applicable plans. A housing stipend may also be offered for those that qualify.
