What is the duration of the internship?
The internship runs for 12-24 weeks and begins in May/June 2025 or August/September 2025.
What are the possible start dates for the Summer internship?
The possible start dates for the Summer internship are Monday, May 12; Monday, May 19; Tuesday, May 27; Monday, June 9; and Monday, June 23.
What are the possible start dates for the Fall internship?
The possible start dates for the Fall internship are Monday, August 11; Monday, August 25; Monday, September 8; and Monday, September 22.
Are there any specific qualifications required for this internship?
Yes, candidates must be currently enrolled in a PhD program in Robotics, Computer Science, Human-Robot Interaction, HCI, or related fields and should possess a strong understanding of stereo imaging principles, real-time controls, and programming skills in C++ and Python.
Is prior research experience required?
While not mandatory, published research in teleoperation, human-robot interaction, or related fields is preferred.
What programming languages are required for this internship?
Proficient programming skills in C++ and Python are required, and experience with C# is preferred for Unity engine development.
