Requirements

  • Must be enrolled in an accredited college/university, taking at least one class in the semester/quarter (spring/fall) prior to participation in the internship program AND returning to school the semester/quarter following the internship OR currently participating in a Disney College Program or Disney Internship.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Must possess unrestricted work authorization and provide full availability for the entire program duration.
  • Must provide your own housing and transportation during the internship.
  • Have not completed one year of continual employment on a Disney internship or Disney College Program.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with teams to design, build, test, and deploy software solutions that enhance various studio workflows, from production to marketing. Develop user-friendly interfaces, services, and APIs, and engage in agile processes to deliver high-quality products.
  • Design and maintain data pipelines, develop data models, and manage databases to support analytics and reporting. Ensure data quality, security, and availability across various platforms.
  • Work with the Content Security team to protect the studios’ intellectual property by assessing and implementing security solutions tailored to our unique content creation needs. Collaborate with production teams to ensure secure workflows.
  • Contribute to the design of next-generation digital experiences for cast members and audiences. Partner with experienced designers to create innovative and visually appealing UX/UI solutions that enhance our products and experiences.
  • Support the development of internal systems for creative and production teams by analyzing business processes, defining requirements, and assisting in project management. Ensure that technology solutions meet the needs of our stakeholders.
