The candidate must have a high school diploma (some college preferred), proficiency in Microsoft Office, a desire to improve processes, a professional and friendly demeanor, strong organizational and multitasking skills, the ability to handle pressure and adapt to changes, and effective written and verbal communication skills.

The Ticketing and Hospitality intern at Rocket Mortgage will promote and distribute tickets, manage catering orders, create reports on event attendees, track expenses, communicate event details, manage a calendar of events, and provide on-site hospitality for team members.
