  • The Client Solutions Manager Intern plays an important role supporting the Gaming Client Solutions Manager & Business Partnership Manager Team at TikTok. The CSM intern is responsible for supporting the different pods within the Gaming team. This member of the team will have a chance to work with different departments including Creator Solutions, Brand Strategy, Brand Partner Managers, Finance, Product, Account Managers and Legal to effectively project manage advertising initiatives for key Gaming Clients.


  • Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree, graduating in 2025 with a good understanding of digital marketing landscape and a passion for gaming & social media
  • Must be available in June 2024 for 3 months. Applicants should make sure they have the right to work full time in the UK for the required period and be fluent in English and other languages is a plus
  • Self-starter, fast learner with a start-up spirit, strong communication skills, customer oriented, excellent analytical & organisational skills with great attention to details, ability to cope in a fast paced environment
  • Some experience with creating and maintaining Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets workbooks and Microsoft Powerpoint/Google Slides document
  • Preferred Qualifications:
  • Familiarity with mobile gaming platforms and technologies and experience in performance-based campaign management in in-house marketing, digital agencies, platforms or media side is a plus
  • Experience working cross-functionally and communicating effectively across multiple business functions and geographies, dealing with multiple requests and being able to effectively keep on top of timelines and communications.
  • Project management experience is preferred but not required

Customer Relations


  • Work closely with Client Solutions/ Business Partnership Managers to develop and execute media plans for key clients with KPI deliverables in mind.
  • Work with the product and campaign execution team to ensure ad specifications and rates are accurate
  • Work and collaborate with internal cross functional teams to educate clients on product solutions, policies and best practices, as well as problem solving and timely feedback on account and campaign issues
  • Maintain a close relationship with the Ad Policy team to ensure the CSM team is kept up to date on any policy changes and help with any Ad/ live policy consultation & appeals
  • Assist with implementing sales plans to achieve goals set out by the business, benchmarking and product adoption/ performance monitoring
  • Assist with project management and fulfilling customised client requests and with organic TikTok account verifications, reconciliation/ billing in collaboration with the Business Partnership and Finance team.
  • Assist with keeping an accurate record of pending and active campaign plans and maintaining campaign schedules and availability of ad placements
