This internship program requires self-identification as a racial minority student, sophomore pursuing a business degree, interest in Accounting, Finance, or Management Consulting, minimum GPA of 3.0, detail-oriented leadership, problem-solving and communication skills, adaptability, and a team-oriented mindset.

The Track Internship Program at Plante Moran offers students a 6-week hands-on experience in their chosen field, such as audit & tax, financial advising, or cybersecurity. Interns will gain real client experience, participate in professional development opportunities, and attend social events. The program also provides the opportunity for future internships or a full-time position in professional services.
